Support can be provided directly to staff using a software solution to take remote control of a desktop computer with screen sharing. This minimizes the time required to explain an issue over the phone as it can be demonstrated to the help desk support team directly.

Should an issue raised with the helpdesk require specialist technical skills or physical access to a system onsite the request will be escalated to a field IT consultant and an onsite visit promptly scheduled.
